jdm s14 vlsd into s14 open diff

I searched but got different opinions but as the title say my friend bought a jdm vlsd but didn't get the housing just the guts. What is needed to put this in his open diff? Any help Is appreciated

A pumpkin with the right axle bolt pattern (5 bolt or 6 bolt)

You need the correct output shafts.

No they don't... Sure they fit, but VLSD output axles are different lengths.

well its driving and locks both wheels? its not my car but he said its working fine

it does one wheel, so what vlsd output shafts do i need?

One is longer than the other. Do a search for an imagine so you have an idea, then hunt them down.

Alright soo I am the idiot who is in this situation, it worked fine at first but now I'm doglegging everywhere, and now understand haha. But would anyone happen to know the part numbers of these things or know of any for sale? Any help would be appreciated.
