I just installed a Joe P. MBC last night. I now have a whistle coming from that are of the engine bay at full boost. Is this normal? I also just installed aTomei fuel pump. If that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

fuel pump would whine in the back if anything ....
Fuel Pumps are known to wine like he just mentioned. Also, could it be that you upped the boost and now you can actually hear your turbo working?

yeah it is not at the back of the car. And it didn't do it for the hour before I put on the mbc.

Maybe it is the turbo working. I am just hoping that this is normal and I am not going to blow up anything. I am running .88 bar of boost, stock fuel except pump, 3" down pipe back exhaust, and an apex intake.

Dont MBC's have a bleed that vents to atmosphere? That would be open at full boost and might be causing the whistle.

Why yes there is a little hole in it. and I think it might be that. now I have a wonderful new noise that only happens under load. sounds like a masculin cat dying near my turbo. oh yeah, thats just what I need. Spending more money.
