Lol, i think russians are by far the worst drivers. I asked my russian professor the other day, are people in russia really dumb when it comes to driving and crossing the street... she just stood quiet and stared at me. I don't know if she got offended or wtf. :D

There's a few gem moments in this one...

Horse using the crossroads.
Lightning hitting a car.
Fighter jet flying randomly over the road...

...And holy crap at the guy who causes the accident, then grabs his bag and casually walks off (5:31)
