If anyone here has or knows someone with a late model Toyota Camry (2007-2009) make sure to check the engine oil level regularly. I've noticed that my Camry has been burning up oil, but didn't see any oil leaks or drippings anywhere. Turns out it's caused by defective piston rings. This is a very common problem in late model Camrys. Toyota won't cover the cost of the repairs due to the fact that my car is outside the 5year/60,000 mile warranty. But if you or you know someone owns a Camry that has issues, call Toyota Customer Care 1(800) 331-4331
