1993 Nissan 240SX 5 speed Fastback
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,

I have a 1993 Nissan 240SX Base Fastback 5 Speed Base Original All Stock White for sale

Features:

California car - no rust
All stock and original
2.4L KA24DE S13 motor
Original 5 Speed car
Gray fabric interior
163K original miles with carfax
am/fm radio
No a/c
PS and PB
Manual windows and locks
Complete interior
Compression good

Vehicle has new timing chain and gears, new engine gaskets (all but head), new Ca legal catalytic converter, new oil, new cap, wires and plugs, new TPS, MAF -mass air flow, oxygen sensor, and pvc.

All Ca DMV reg fees have been paid current through next year, however, there is no current tag. Car is clean title and original California car.

Car runs good but has some issues listed below:

Cons

Needs windshield (cracked)
Needs tires
Dash cracked
some dings and paint chipping
Dent for front right fender
Timing issue [which prohibits the car from completing the smog as is. My mechanic double-checked timing gear and chain for accuracy but is fine. I was told next step it may need an engine harness (electrical short?) to resolve but unsure]. Due to financial reasons I can't hold on to it.

My loss - your gain. Serious buyers only plz.
$3200 obo

You should consider lowering your price. If you lower it let me know. I might be interested.

You guys should do some research before you open your mouths. Stock, clean, un-molested 240's are impossible to find. The price is fine, you're all cheap jackasses...

:bs:

GLWS man! Your price is FINE.

BTW, your timing issue is most likely the distributor...

The only person I could see buying it for that price is someone who doesnt like cars. Like a grandma or something. Not my car though so good luck

Thanks fellas to those with the helpful posts.

For Racepar1, swapping out the dizzy with a known good one was one of the things that was done, as well as the same for the ECU. Timing is maxed out at 12 degrees right now.

I see you are out in Simi, have you come across this issue before?

Thx,
