How to tell if my car Knocks?

It seems like when ever I put 94 octane in, my (Stock) Ka, it burns gas slower but dosent pull so hard. When ever I put 87 Octane in, it feels like it pulls alot harder but i noticed i burn gas quicker.

Is 87 the best grade of gas to use proformance wise? Or does my motor knock?

How can I tell if my motor knocks?

its a KA, don't worry about it. 87 is fine

read your manual....it says premium is recommended, also on the gas tank door it says it. I've always used premium.
