I am probably going to be selling my RB26 95 S14 SE soon. As much work as I've put into it doing the swap and building the engine I've come across higher priorities in my life (i.e. new house for my new family). I will make a list of what is done to the car and I would appreciate your opinion on what you think it will sell for. I don't see too many RB26 S14 (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008VFUQD2/)'s for sell at all so it is hard for me to put a reasonable price on it. I also don't know exactly how quickly 240s are selling for now-a-days, which is another bit of information that would be helpful. Please leave any negative comments off of here. I am a fellow 240 owner asking for a little help from you. I am a certified Nissan Technician and all work was done by myself and my fellow Nissan Master (http://www.streetsideauto.com/p/energy-suspension-hyper-flex-system-718104g/) Tech friend. Now onto the car...

I may have forgotten a couple things but you get the idea. I had plans on upgrading the head and turbos next but like I said, life brought me higher priorities. The car made 382 rwhp on 15 psi when the engine was bone stock. I would say it will still make the same power now but with a stronger bottom end (turbos and injectors limiting the power right now). I have a couple pictures but don't be fooled, the car does need paint. Some fading on roof and trunk and some clear peeling on passenger side. I was thinking of listing the car at $12,000 OBO. Let me know what you think about the price and how fast you think it will sell. Thanks for looking everyone.

I think 12 would be a decent price for someone looking for a ready to go car. You've got alot of nice parts on it, I think you've set a fair price.

Thanks for the input. I will also add the car does have an kill switch mounted behind the license plate. Also has a viper alarm with another secret kill switch that only the buyer will be told where it is (car WILL NOT start without knowing this).

These are both really great items to note, people don't think much about them when buying a car but its saved my ass before.

It think 12 is really far. I know I would want at least that for rb26 s14. You should wash and wax it before you throw it up for sale for real. Looks are everything on the Internet when posting pics this will help you the best. Your most likely gonna sit on it for alittle while but there are people out there with money that will want this. My Rb has been the most fun engine I've ever drove behind and I'm sure anyone who drives your car will feel like a little again behind the wheel. These engines are everything that you heard about. And since you still have the twin setup you have no lag.

I think that is a very reasonable price. Clean it up a bit and get some good pictures and you'll be good. The fact you are a Nissan tech, and thus know what you're doing, will definitely help it sell (at least it would if I were looking).

Have you ever had a cooling problem with the car? I had two electric fans and my car would run hot after going into boost. Ran perfect if I drove it normal. I want to get a clutch fan but I didn't want to cut my support but I guess I will if I have to

I'm sure you would get 12 easily but it's going to take some time probably to
Much time so you might end up selling it for a grand or too less if you get desperate but hopefully that won't happen to you

I have been running the clutch fan since I swapped it and have not had any cooling issues at all. My friend used to run twin electrics and had slight cooling issues and ended up going to the clutch fan. It sucks cutting into the core support but I figured it was well worth it for the better cooling. Thanks for your input guys. The car will be OBO as soon as it officially goes up for sale so close to 12 would be nice but I will be flexible. I'll let everyone know as soon as I'm ready for it to go. Thanks again.
