Cleaning under engine hood

I'm in the middle of doing a sr swap and was wondering what is best for cleaning under the engine hood and engine bay?

castrol super clean, and a brush. Spray super clean, let sit for about five minutes, then go scrubbing. If you can, spray with hot water. Spraying with cold water makes it harder for you to scrub.
