FS: R32 GTR shell - $1500 (Calgary, AB)

Posting for a friend in CALGARY, AB.

He's about to have his old parts car hauled to the wrecker but I'd hate to see a GTR get scrapped.

1993 GTR, silver in color, accident free and clean title. Motor/trans missing + a few front end panels. More or less ideal as a shell for drift/track builds or as a replacement for a wrecked car (swap over drivetrain).

PM for details. Do it quick! If I were closer I'd buy it myself as a project :(

Note: Car does not roll (coilovers are out), both subframes are still there, rear diff, hubs brakes, and interior pieces such as dash cluster interior panels etc. ALL GLASS and both doors still on the car and in tact.

NO:motor/trans (engine bay is mostly bare), no hood trunk front fenders or bumpers.

NOTE. You come pick it up, from there on out do whatever you like with it! Considering what GTRs go for now a days, $1500 for a clean shell with some key components is a fair deal, and a perfect base for a track car/drift car/shell donor.

not sure on street use, I'm not going to touch that one as its illegal.

As for a track car, because its a shell you should have no issue bringing it over as a track car.

I see an FD shell for nearly 4 grand...cant believe a skyline has held up at 1500.

My friend works one of the border crossings and told me if it's a shell as long as you have the title you can trailer it across no problems for parts.

Yea man I hear ya. I got the money and would love to make the trip up to get it, but id be tempted to DD it after the rebuild and run into some trouble or get it stolen in my hood lol.

haha I know what you mean, Something like that would be incredibly tempting...especially since they aren't legal down there. I'd drive myself nuts. Thats why I am very thankful for our 15 year rule. and Nebraska has hoods...? the mental image I have of Nebraska and Iowa is the opposite haha

Funny how this shell it was for 1500 only and people here in the states sell them for over 8000. It would of cost nearly 6000 to get that car back together! I would of sold my Z, and all the stuff I could to build it back.

I bet it would cost less to put this puppy back together, and you could drop a newer Rb in it too.

After much thought, he didn't want to sell to the states to avoid any potential legal problems. I have seen it first hand the wrath that will come to a foreigner knowingly selling an illegal car into the US.
