I got a Silvia front end a couple days ago and on one of the fenders there is this really gay early 90's american sticker that says, "Intesity in the eyes" and has a set of eyes on it. Well anyways I have tried everything to get it off and nothing works. This includes; Goo Be Gone, heating it up in the sun, a dryer, razor blade, and a whole lot of picking at it. I think the damn thing has been on there for at least 10 years. Does anyone have any ideas on this or should I just give up and wet sand it or put another sticker over it??? Help plz...

leave it, it's got meaning, unless you've already made the sticker look bad from picking at it.

nail polish remover. i used some of that stuff to pull off 10 year old pinstriping decals. careful with the application because a little bit of paint will come off. (i ended up with fn2 color cloth)

or you can try this stuff. i forgot the name... damn. anyway its this white compound with a bit of sandy material in it. ask someone in pepboys or autozone and they should know it. basically you apply it and rub very gently. it takes shit off fast but u have to be careful as to how hard you are rubbing because it can potentially sand your paint away. it works great and much faster then anything else as far as i could tell.

huh? take a razor blade to it while using bumper sticker removal spray. if that doesnt work, take a palm sander, sand it down to bare metal, prime, paint, and be done with it. why have it look like ass when it would take less than 10 minutes to do it right?

Goof Off and a razor blade... let it sit on there for a few minutes, put some more on, wait, then scrape/peel it off.
I used that stuff to remove the 13 year old black tape, the pinstripes, and interior glue. It works.

I ended up spraying about 5 coats of sticker shock on there and letting it sink in about 3min each time and taking a razor blade to it. It was still a bitch and a half but after taking a couple chunks out of my paint the sticker is none. Awww, thx god my car is sexy now.

I got it in a package deal for local pick up only; Sil front end, VLSD, and JDM S13 brakes for $1000. I got it from Spriso and while I was there I got to meet the SCC Project S13 guy, Dave Coleman, he had the SR swaped in by them along with a lot of other things.

When did you buy the front end? Coleman got that thing swapped a while ago, unless he was in the neighborhood just visiting Ralph or something...

That's a damn good price too. Last time I got my front end from them it ran me about $800... what condition was your front end in?

Awesome deal, considering everything you got, including the square (halogen)headlights.

Would nail polish remover be okay to use on glass? I have some kind of police sticker stuck to the inside of my hatch glass and it's really big. I tried using a blow dryer on it for about 10 minutes but it made no difference and a razor blade wasn't getting anywhere without scratching up the glass.

He was just visiting Ralph for lunch.

It was such a good deal because me and my friend both got sil front ends and I also picked up a VLSD and JDM S13 brakes. Buy in bulk and save, just like Costco :P

I dont see why it would be a problem, just dont get it on anything with paint.

If it's a police sticker, keep it. I always put some of those "support your local PD" or whatever stickers on my car. Cops see it and leave you alone.

No, Bryan... He let you go because he felt sorry for you :p :D... Many cops have told me that they routinely pull people with these stickers over because they believe the drivers have something to hide.
