I am losing interest in fully finishing this project, so I am going to see if I can get what I want for it or maybe a trade for something a little newer with a/c. Everything was done by myself and I have receipts for almost every part that is on the car.

-1974 early 260z so it shares most parts with the 240z and is lighter
-Odometer said 38,000 when I got, and I would assume 138,000 but who knows!
-I have put on about 5-6K miles since I have owned it, as it is my second car and here in MN we really only get a few months of nice weather. Also for work I travel at least 2 weeks a month during the summer, so that really makes it hard to get much time on the road with this car.
-Engine has about 1k miles on it since rebuild. Runs perfect with no hiccups
-Car has never been tracked or raced, just some spirited street driving

Engine

-S13 SR20DET redtop motor and transmission
-Wiseco stock compression coated pistons
-New OEM full gasket set
-stock rods
-fully ballanced bottom end by competition engines
-new oem water pump
-new oem bearings installed
-Cosworth Head Gasket
-ARP head studs
-ARP rod bolts
-Tomei Poncams
-Greddy RAS
-Jun valve springs and retainers
-Head was gone through by Cylinder Head Services in Minneapolis but no port work or anything modified. Was pressure tested after everything was installed.
-OEM exhaust manifold modified by Codyace for external wastegate
-SARD 550cc injectors in oem rail with oem FPR
-OEM intake manifold and TB
-Emusa MVS wastegate with Tial springs installed, holds boost perfect at 17.5psi
-Garrett GT2860R .63 housing with flapper welded shut
-3" full custom downpipe with wg dump plumbed in and full 3" all the way back to a dynomax turbo muffler
-spec stage 2 clutch, oem flywheel
-RS Enthalpy tuned ecu, starts perfect everytime and sits at 11.8-11.9 at full boost
-Wiring specialties harness
-Z32 MAF with Apexi filter
-front mount intercooler
-Champion aluminum radiator with electric fan
-R200 3.54 open differential

Suspension

-Mulholland NOS springs
-Bilstein strut inserts
-oem front and rear sway bar
-majority of a energy suspension kit has been installed and the rest will come with it
-homemade strut tower bars (not by me)
-brakes up front were replaced with stock type replacement, rears are still drum and have not been changed by me.
-wheels are some cheap mags from who knows how long ago. Tires have some tread still but i have found bulges in the tires and was planning on replacing the whole wheel and tire set to something more aggressive.

Interior

-B&M short shifter
-Nismo shift knob
-Speedhut GPS speedometer with built in fuel level gauge, blinkers, high beams indicator (although the high beams are currently not wired up)
-Speedhut tachometer
-AEM boost gauge
-AEM analog wideband gauge
-Sony DSX310BT radio
-2 crappy pioneer speakers someone cut in the doors
-entire floor has been coated with chassis saver
-no carpet and most all the plastic panels behind the doors are removed (don't have ones either)
-dash has many cracks as most of these cars do, was going to buy a dash cap and call it a day

Exterior

-98% rust free. There was a little in the doors that I neutralized with the chassis saver. small bubble on exterior of the door, and there were a couple pin holes in the driver floor. I have cleaned them up and even welded in some sheet metal to fix the floor, although one side still needs a bit more attention. No rust underside or in the engine bay.
-mostly stock, although a previous owner had it painted about 10 years ago (not a great paintjob, some clear overspray on roof and clear drips in the back)
-fiberglass bumpers
-H4 euro style headlight with us beam pattern
-Datsun NOS competition mirrors installed

Cons:

-interior needs work as stated above
-paint could use work if you want
-engine bay is sprayed black when one of the older engine swaps was done
-no radio antenna is currently installed
-heat is not hooked up (easy to remedy but you will need a new heater core, as it was leaking and why I disconnected it. Parts are $100)
-no a/c, not sure if you could install this as the steering shaft might be in the way
-Has some shimmy at higher speeds (never did anything about this as I wanted to see what new wheels/tires did). Ball joints and tie rod ends checked out ok, so it is either wheel/tires or in the struts I think.

Think that is pretty much it and I am trying to be as honest as I can be. Please ask any questions if you feel I didn't cover it. My price to sell would be $11k obo, and if I get my asking pricing I will include the extras I have and was planning on installing. I have a STI rear LSD diff that was going to go in, oem rear bumper that is in good shape, full wiring kit to rewire the entire car and get rid of 40+ year old wiring. I also have a lot of leftover SR parts that I was holding on to as spares and a brand new southbend clutch kit and brand new throwout bearing assembly.

I am also open to trades for something AWD or RWD. I can throw some cash on top for the right car. Not really looking for a 240sx.

This is so awesome. Looks like a very clean swap as well. I bet it's a ton of fun on the streets! Mid 2000 lb car with a nice power plant, oh yes.
Glws/t man.

Thank you! It is a ton of fun. These cars usually weigh in around 2200-2300lbs with this swap, so power to weight is spot on. I haven't had it on a dyno, but similar setups put down 320-340 whp.

By the way, just noticed the engine bay pics don't show the apexi filter as that was a recent addition. Also got rid of the ugly ribbed hoses and found some smooth ones that had the right bends.

350z would not be my first choice coming out of a z, but what does it all have done to it? Pictures?

If someone wants the car without any of the extra parts I would gladly move my price down to $10k obo. I wouldn't have much trouble selling the parts separately.

Just noticed today that there is a small fuel leak while filling. Replacement hose can be had here: Motorsport! Fuel Tank Filler Hose - The Z Store, Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts (http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/SFC04C). Also the reverse lights are not wired in currently. Forgot to mention that in original post. They need to be wired to the sr sensor.

I would entertain the possibility of trading my 04 STi for this. I do owe money on it still since I purchased it in Feb of 2010. Hit me up if you want to talk about it.
