How can you tell the difference? I believe I have one, but I'm not 100% sure.
It came off my RHD clip and still has the fog light button.

I think the hazard is on the other side? I remember seeing one a couple months ago on here but i couldn't find the for sale thread.

The bezel should be there same, just the buttons are different.
I have the buttons from a Japanese Silvia if what you are looking for is just the buttons or I can keep them on the bezel and ship it as a whole.
