So im quite iffy on set just wanted some feed back, currently running one vacuum to bov t'ed
off to the boost gauge and the other to waistgate. Idont have a boost controller atm and running on a power fc. Does this set up work?45424

connect your wastegate to that nipple on the hot pipe (that you have plugged), with nothing t'd off it.

then run your boost gauge off a T from the BOV line

it's best to not have any T fittings on the line for the Wastegate or fuel pressure regulator

edit: i can't tell where the BOV line goes, but it should go to the throttle body

the bov line is currently t'd to the boost gauge running to one of the lines off the TB, now the second nipple off the tb is currently running to the waistgate.

that nipple that is close off is off the the pipping for my air filter/maf, I dont have any nipples on the actual hot pipe that's connected with the bov.

After looking in to this I read that I can connect my waistgate to the one of nipple under the tb that are currently plugged and are only for boost no vacuum since i dont have a nipple on my actual hot pipe. then I was thinking of running my boost guage and bov direct to the two nipples with out having to t them. what do you think about this better solution?

or can I run the waist gate to that nipple form the airfilter/ maf?

my bad, that's clearly an intake port, not hot pipe.

ideally wastegate goes to boost only source (no vacuum). So that means either add a nipple to the hotpipe, or run it to a port on the throttle body like you suggested (although I can't confirm that those are boost only). I think the hotpipe is the best solution, because you can keep the hose length really short which is ideal.

fuel pressure regulator should have it's own line from the throttle body, no Tees

BOV should also come from throttle body (next to the FPR port) and it's fine to T off to your boost gauge.

So if you know for certain the lower port is boost only (before throttle body) you can use that for the wastegate. But I would add a port on the hotpipe. Just drill & tap an 1/8" NPT hole on the turbo compressor outlet, and buy a barbed fitting at the hardware store. Teflon tape and/or rtv to seal it up

since we are on this subject...

If i am using a greddy intake manifold, could I just route bov, fpr, and my map sensor off of the supplied vacuum ports on the underside of the manifold? Keeping wastegate to the nipple supplied off the cold side of the turbo?

yes, that's fine

My wastegate is hooked up to a nipple on my cold pipe and then I have my bov and gauge hooked up to the throttle body.
