1995 s14,won't start

hey guys please help me out with this,i have a 1995 s14 with s13 sr20det swap car was runing perfectly fine until I did some dumb ass shit yesterday :duh:,i sprayed water in my engine bay and then I started the car right after,engine ran about 2mins and it shut off. it won't start anymore because the fuel pump isn't priming.turned the key and I'm not hearing the fuel pump. so i checked fuel pump fuse, and it's fine.but two other fuses are blown the frist one was in the Driver side kick panel ENG CONT(10A) and the second one was in the Engine bay fuse box EGI (7.5A) and i replaced both of them but the car still won't start,oh and there is no power getting to my ECU,please help me T_T
