Why swap out a 2JZ for a 3SGE? Not trying to crap on this thread I just don't know much about the non turbo 3S

Well it really depends what your going for...if your going for HIGH HP straight line than the 2jz is hands down better. With the 3sge it makes the same power alot less torque out of it but in exchange you get a higher revving engine... its 2 cylinders less which shifts the weight more towards the center of the car and you get a 6speed with it
