My center support bearing on my auto is going out, so i may aswell swap the whole drive line? :whynot:

I have a rb20det tranny, full set up in the garage. Will it bolt up? I heard one bolt doesnt match up, would that be an issue?

Also i have a unsprung act clutch how will it feel as opposed to a sprung clutch?

Hmm. I know you can run a KA tranny on an RB but its longer by about 2 inches. But not sure if you can run an RB on a KA...

Maybe swap the KA bell housing onto the RB tranny and see what happens?

And your question about a bolt not matching up. Which bolt? If it's just one of the (6-7?) mounting bolts it doesn't matter.

unsprung clutches suck. especially for dailying. i wouldnt use one unless u made enough power to need one. and im a rb newb so is the rb trans 5 or 6 speed?

I got the full swap off a s13, the pumpkin-shaft-tranny itself measured up fine, so the bell is 2" longer? I have somebody thats interested in my bellhousing that will trade me for a ka bell, now would the bell bolt up to the 20 tranny?

Btw whats better for dailying/tracking? Puck style or full face disc?

I've never had any issues daily driving a 6 puck..

it does My buddy has a RB25 tranny bolted up to a KAE, one or 2 bolts done line up MAYBE have to drill some of the holes out, dont think it would be an issue for a KAE
