Payment for the kouki headlights/corners/grill was sent on the 18th, was told I would get a tracking number. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything. I tried to reach the seller via PM, and have not received a response.

Wait a week and see what happens. Make sure you file a paypal dispute before 30 days. Also, make sure you sent it as a payment and not gift. Good luck.
