WTB: Fuel door threaded insert for cable

Basically looking for this one plastic threaded piece at the tip as mine seems to have broken off somehow.

Is that detachable? I always thought it wasn't...but then again, I never looked it over thoroughly.

F***. Yet again I need this entire cable preferably for an S13 240SX not an S14 the cable is longer and it didn't work for me. I tried using one sent by a user on here and it was an S14 and my original cable snapped when trying to retrofit it together soo now I'm sh*t out of luck and need a whole new cable.
