http://www.redbullstratos.com/live/ looked to see if anything is posted but have not seen anything. He is in his capsule and is on his way up to try and beak the record of 102,800 feet set in 1960 by Joseph Kittinger.

Felix Baumgartner is attempting to jump at 120k feet and hit supersonic speeds. So far everything looks good, hopefully the jump does not get cancelled. :drama:

I would do it in a heart beat. But the initial spin had me alittle worried.

Was pretty intense, i actually was most worried when he started to say his lens was fogging up... if that would have gotten worse as he was getting to the landing point he would have no idea how close or far he is from the ground and could just end up slamming into earth.. glad it cleared up though. All in all it was a great freefall, the uncontrolled spinning was expected so i think he had it all played out in his head. Especially from constantly practicing.

If I was Felix I would love to have a conversation with any fighter pilot.

"oh you broke the sound barrier in a jet?....yea I did it without one."

But seriously, that was epic. Very cool to watch how fast he descended away from the capsule.

I watched this, luckily my friend told me about it in time. So much preparation and anticipation for less than 5 minutes of action but still interesting nonetheless.

If you were to take this gif and tint it red, you could imagine it would look like the first man on Mars.

There is a Lego vid of it floating around as well
