119,xxx miles on it, runs awesome, no problems at all

Did timing belt and water pump at 100k

Cat-less exhaust and stage 1 tune

i just picked up a 99 1.8t quattro as well. pretty sick car. if anyone does pick up a 1.8t, just make sure there's no oil sludge. good luck with sale

The AEB motors actually dont have the problem of engine sludge like the newer ATW motors do starting in 99.5 and up
