He is close on the price, the 2.8's are a solid motors. The miltek exhaust is the shit! I have one on my S6. I would state when the timing belt was done last since all Audi motors are interference engines.

A car that's maintained and taken care off, AND is not from a dealer in my opinion the consumer gives it its value. This car is NOT beat up compared to some cars I have seen on here going for way more of their worth this car is a steal to an Audi lover...:)

Your right... Only wheels, tires, coilovers, euro trunk, euro headlights, exhaust etc are way over 3000. Not taking into consideration the fact they are used parts of course.;)
