Does anyone know where this is? And do you have to pay to go in?

it doesn't exist. at least no insomuch as it's depicted in the 'Dream Garage' photo. That was simply part of an ad campaign. Nissan does have a few warehouses around the globe (not open to the public) where it stores some of it's cars. One is in Torrance near the Nissan NA headquarters.
