ok so i was sitting here browsing my favourite forum (zilvia of course) when i hear a car coming, and i always look out the window where i hear a car coming...all of a sudden i see a 2001 infinity j30t going maybe 45 down the 35 street here. however theres a hill that comes down toward my house and the street is really uneven. all of a sudden it spins out of control and does what i guess is a 290 degree turn and lands about 3 feet from the gate at my house. i run outside to see if anything is wrong, and the tires spin on the pavement and it goes about 20 feet when it skids to a halt. this guy rod from school jumps out screaming at his girlfriend, who he was letting drive his car at the time. i say whats up and hes like "bitch cant f'ing drive, did you see that man?" im like "yeah hope its ok, see you later"

anyways at that speed she probably curbed his wheels pretty bad. right where she hit luckily enough the curb is worn down very bad and is slowly breaking down in clumps (well, it was just worn down, but theres a bunch of large 1 inch sized stones of concrete that broke off when it hit). this suprised the #### out of me, and i thought it was pretty hilarious...#### i wish my mom would buy me a 2001 j30t with my name on the license plate, damned sweet car...vg30de, rv200 lsd, looks pimp as ####.

anyways, i thought this was pretty cool, and of course its nissan related, so i decided to post it up

my good man, it was an I30 Touring, not a J30.

its a equipped with a VQ30DE, not VG.

its a fwd platform, shared off the maxima.

nevertheless, some whacky shit went down.

I30's/maximas are the shit. for the money, i cant think of a car that combines luxury, performance, and value.
i can spin the tires in my moms 2001 like theres no tomorrow.

of course, if i had more money, than i'd get an ///M...

well i may be mistaken, but on the rear the badges said "j30t" and when i asked him about it at school he said it was brand new, so perhaps i am wrong about it being a 2001. im pretty sure that the j30 shares the engine and drivetrain platform with the NA z32, though

j30 is a modified z32 chassis, powered by the vg30de.
Could have been new to him. Wow I am so gald my gf is a good driver.

ok, he probably got the year wrong, cause they stopped the J in '97.

the car specifically said j30t on the rear, perhaps it isnt new like i said, and his girlfriend is a bad driver but i dont think bad enough to break the wheels loose on a FWD car like that in dry conditions without doing something stupid like yanking the e-brake
