rim and tire size question

I have a 95 240sx base model lowered 4 inches with the stance coilovers. Would 17x9.5 +12 fit in the front and rear with only my fenders roll? would it be better if i got the 17x9 +12? what offset should i get and what tire size would fit. i wanted the varrstoen ES 2.2.0

^ that, and yes they would. You'll need a good pull and roll in the back unless you dont mind running some hard camber.
