WTB: filter attachment for Blitz BOV

I want to buy the filter flange that comes with the Blitz BOV and can't find any vendors who have one. Most people use the horn instead, so I bet someone has this lying around somewhere. I don't care if the filter is dirty, 'cus I'm going to cut it off and use the flange for a recirculation hose.
