5 bolt J30 axles. Where to buy?

I Have a 240 with a 300ZX LSD and 5 lug J30 axles. Im not sure where to buy them though, ive seen some mixed messages about yearage on the 5 bolt. come places list appliaction from 93-97, others 92-94, not sure where to go. Anyone have a part number or a known location to buy these? thanks.
