aight so this is my problem I installed some new tomei 550s, isis rs3871, and z32 maf with an enthalpy tune. My issue is it starts and sometimes it stumbles if i rev it and let it fall the car tries to die. Also when its idling or after driving a little bit the exhaust starts to smoke. I havent really driven much since the swap so i could just be coolant and other crap, but my autometer gauge is messed up its reading like 200+ after idling for 30 sec and it says 150 as soon as i start it?

Vac is at -18 any suggestions would be great

1. Properly bleed the air out of the coolant system.

2. Pressure test your turbo piping, check for leaks.

3. Use the chassis ground on the Z32 maf.

when my car wanted to die when i let off it was because the bov was vented to atmosphere instead of being recirculated.

i had that issue when i was runnin a greddy type s and rs but since i switched to an hks the problem has gone away. that is until I switched to the new turbo and injectors.

Probably has got to do with your tune?

Hey man. You can wire that innovate. Its a price of cake. I hate electrical shit too but the innovate wideband is ez.
Anyways what's still going on? Any more issues. Smoke from the exhaust is not a good thing, obvi, but after I swapped turbos I had a little bit of smoke from residual oil in my pipes because of the bad seals in my old turbo.
Make sure to check your intercollegiate and hard pipes to see if you have any oil otherwise it could be something worse(rings or headgask)
Hope to help you get this running right

na man its not smoke coming out of my exhaust its, its a little bit of smoke coming up from around my turbo but thats just due to all the coolant, oil and other crap im guessing. The innovate has like 12 grounds and power wires everywhere i got it to turn on but it was reading my afr at like 39.0........ wtf

And yes i installed it just how it said to, but I think wiring may not be my forte.

did you calibrate it before putting it in? this a lc-1? if you may have to hook it up to a pc/laptop and change voltage readings. i read some come from factory reading narrow band.

I would do blow thru maf, you'll fell the differents and can vent the bov and i like having a SAFC too so i can see other readings.

the mix of safc and wideband i can source out issues alot faster,

I would do blow thru maf but I had a issue in the past with it blowin pipes off so it wasnt really the best solution.

I did calibrate the wideband before install. I have yet to hook up a laptop, but reading 40+ is not narrow band I dont believe (could be wrong).
