i've got the entire series now........ and it is AWESOME on DVD!!!!!!!!!!!

Really? Sweet!!! Do they have series 2 as well? I've got 5 cd's with the whole first series on them, but I can't find ANY good quality episodes of series 2 (none have sound)

I've got the entire DVD series (excluding Extra Stage cuz that blows goats) and both first and second stage are 3 DVDs and the 3rd Stage comes in 2 DVDs (1 is the actual movie, the other is a &quot;behind the scenes&quot;)

Yea, I heard the new OAV's gonna be on Bunta or something. However, the manga's (comic book) still going on and holy shit, it's fresh. Keisuke and Takumi have to race a Spoon Civic Type R (driven by someone trained by a circuit racer) and a turbo Integra Type R. Then some other stuff you folks will have to find out down the line. i heard quite the opposite.

the special disk that comes w/ the 3rd Stage that i have has the producer talking about continuing from where 3rd Stage left off and the Kengai Racing Team.
Plus... there's a lot of things that are missing from 3rd Stage that aren't answered:
(1) Why does Ryosuke only have 1 year to race?
(2) Does Takumi become better?
(3) What happens b/w Takumi and Natsuki?

.... i dun see why they would deviate from 3rd Stage and run off making an OAV (like Extra Stage)

The VHS tapes and DVD's coming to the US by Tokyopop, I dunno when, they're still working on it as we speak. Eventually they'll come out next year.

Kitoro, all those questions would be answered in the manga eventually. They're still being released. I think I might be wrong about the OAV revolving around Bunta. There's a chance the main focus would be on Project D just like in the current issues of Initial D.

Speaking of car related anime, I'm gonna check out eX-Driver since I already downloaded that. The series was created by the same guy who did Ah! My Goddess and You're Under Arrest. *_*

Project D is Ryosuke's team outside of the RedSuns. It's basically the Gunma area's best drivers pretty much. The team consists of Takahashi Ryosuke (FC3S Savanna RX-7), Takahashi Keisuke (FD3S RX-7), Nakamura Kenta (S14 Silvia Q's), and Fujiwara Takumi (AE86 Sprinter Trueno). Ryosuke just had a simple ambition to be the best, and run with the best, therfore, Project D was formed. As usual, Ryosuke just wants his place in street racing history.

I think i can help u with some of those

{1} Because he wanted to retire and be know as the leader of the best racing team out their and have his team break all the records.

{2} Yes, like after every race he learns somthing new

the AE86 vs FC race doesn't matter because they're both regarded as near equal at that point. &nbsp;The cool part is Ryosuke admits that he too can even improve. &nbsp;Something along the lines of &quot;Racing him... I find something new.... something beyond my so-called perfect technique.&quot;

What I'M interested in is another race between the FD and the 86. &nbsp;To quote Ryosuke, there are only 2 people who can beat him. &nbsp;Guess what.... Takumi is only one person, and those words were directed at Keisuke. &nbsp;We've already seen Keisuke improve his style and become a much smoother driver in the R32 vs FD race, and on top of that, Keisuke's goal is to go beyond Takumi (and Ryosuke apparently). &nbsp;I'd like to see that happen, because frankly, Keisuke is a lot like Takumi in that they both drive fast without knowing the &quot;theories&quot;. &nbsp;

I very much agree, i think that Keisuke is kinda of hot head, and dosent think thinkg through as well, and his brother and Takumi both naturaly ware when it comes to driving, even though takumi doesnt have to try as hard and over think things like Ryosuke does, i think he trys to hard to over think things, when it just comes naturaly to takumi
