all I got to say is THANK GOD im alright. When she hit me i basically ended up sideways with a fucking air bag in my face drifting (I guess you can say that)down the 22 east right before knott ave , haha. Luckily I got the car under control straigitned it out and pulled over. Waitied for CHP and he called a triple A tow truck so I can tow my shit home. All this because I was going to super autobacs to pick up some exhaust gaskets for my gpsorts spec D exhaust. O fucking well. I still have my health. I think my coilover on my passenger side is cool. Still contemplating on wheter I should sell it or fix it. Depending on the whole insurance situation. I don't like the fact that it was hit in the front though. Hey all I can do is thank god that nothing else happned. I was almost perpendicular to the flow of traffic and luckily I didn't hit anyone else. JUst thought I would share this with you guys.

seeing that it is a s14b, w/ airbags deployed, it's pretty likely it's a total. But look! Buy the car back from insurance for 500 bucks and you got yourself another 4000 of car fund! it's genius move i tell you, genius!

also, front bumper looks streight, there might be minimal frame damage, more good news!

I had damage like that happen to my S13 on the driver side. I had it fixed for 4K... out of my pocket, liability only coverage and it was a hit and run. i figured it'd be cheaper to fix than find another car and swap motors, parts etc.

Anything can be fixed, just depends how much you want to pay and how much it is worth to you.

Fock....it hurts to look :( i feel ur pain.. get an aftermarket OEM-style bumper if u want it a little cheaper and want it to look stock... thats what i did. No fitment problems... cost me about $100 for the bumper. Good luck, and sounds like you're ok since ur posting on the forum heh so thats good.

I've seen your car before. With the pink godzira sticker on it :) My car used to have some gold stern wheels, which btw I've had for sale for awhile. I'm around, usually i park on the 2nd or 3rd level of the parking structure :)

is it me or does it seems like this year is going to have a sh** load of accidents. i just witness like a big ass accident yesterday picking up my bro from school too. Not to mention this week there was a freak storm that popped out of no where on monday and caused like over 120 accidents in the highway total in twin cities. (Minnesota)

But glad to hear that your okay. You'll probably get that feeling ever time someone changes lane and you think there gonna hit you now!!! i had that feeling for a while after someone hit me from behind!! :bite:

Been thinking about my situation for awhile. I think I'm just going to fix it and keep it. If I get fucked on insurance somehow I'll just use the money that I have saved up for my sr swap and use it towards paint, vertex, or DRFT kit, or jdm kouki bumpers/sideskirts, and kouki conversion. Right now I think the DRFT kit would look hot with the DT-O5r wheels in gunmetal that I ordered. Also the poly fiberglass sounds like its more durable than FRP. Vertex is a little more but god damn that kit is sexy. I'm so torn :~(, any opinions would be appreciated. I also think i will be jumping on dark grey colored car bandwagon
I would like to know the color code of this I think stock colored skyline. If anyone knows off hand.

If not i'll just prolly paint it that silverstone 350z color or desert platinum g35 color
I like the desert platinum personally. It kind of looks like that skyline color.
Any opinions would be nice. Thanks for the support guys.

DRFT

its probably the same as the 350z or g35 color because a lot of nissans share the same colors
