s13 sr20 rich problem,unsual possible cas? *check it****

hey guys my s13 is running super rich all the time, not just cold or hot.
I have tried all kinds of stuff already, cts, maf, check vacuum leaks, fpr, ignitor chip, spark plugs, coils. nothing has worked,still running super rich, could an iac possibly cause this? Also i was wondering if the cam angle sensor could cause this issue? i know it controls spark timing but does it control injector timing too? im running out of ideas here and it is killing me bad...is there any suggestion? any tests i should run? any help is greatly appriciated! its a stock sr with fmic, pbm intake, and ssq bov.Thanks guys

What are your afrs? Timing? Fuel pressure? Any check engine codes?

check all intercooler piping, make sure their is NO leak after afm. Clean your IAC with MAF cleaner, clean your MAF, check for vacume leaks too. Make sure TPS voltage is at 0.45 volts closed and check it through the throttle range. Let me know how you went on. Also check fuel system, pump lines etc...

you can adjust the idle air control valve dto see if it makes a difference
