what is the mines ECU tuned for?

I got a lot of this in a trade and was ill informed. I believe it was for around 15 psi on the factory turbo with accommodating bolt-ons and speed limiter cut/ rev limiter increased. I'm not 100% positive though. I'll try to get in contact with mines tommorow and see if they have any info.

No, its about a 2.5 inch steel dp welded on to the factory flange off the turbine housing.
