If Only i had the "know how" to swap this monster in my S13 I would scoop it in a heartbeat.

Mounts for 250, Headers for 650, Wiring for 170, Use a 300zx tranny with a mazworx adapter or xcessive, swap out the brake booster, use a custom alternator and power steering bracket or lines from xcessive or mazworx, custom driveshaft.. pretty much it.
