Last year I struck the inside front right wheel pushing
the top of the wheel inward to the point it is 1/4" away
from my spring. I replaced the LCA assuming that it
may have been bent because it was the only part with
any sign of damage. The car pulls to the right and the
steering wheel always has to be held to the left. It
makes the car feel like its floating. Cannot drive any
faster than 50 and even then I shouldn't drive that fast.
I'm assuming the next part to replace is the steering
knuckle. If that doesn't fix the problem I plan to replace
the steering rack.

Any good feed back is appreciated.

your strut is probably bent. that is softer than the steering knuckle and more than likely to bend before the knuckle. also check the strut rods and it`s mounting bolts. make sure the bolts are not strip and the strut rod bushing did not rip. have the alignment check. the shop can tell you what needs to be replaced.

I took the Kusco strut/coil over out and put my old God Speed one in and problem is still there so that's when I put the Kusco back in and replaced the LCA. I'll start with the tie rod ends next.

yeah i have still yet to see a knuckle bend. only seen them break. i vote on the tie rods. but instead of changing this and that take it to a shop and have them tell you what needs to be replaced.

I have had it at my friends garage with a lift and he's certified. He couldn't see
Anything that may have been bent or out of wack. I can't drive it from where it is considering how it drives to get it put on an alignment rack.

If you don't see anything bent then get it aligned. The reason it drives bad is because your alignment is horrible.
