Just curious, i moved to the I.E. from AZ not to long ago and over in AZ we didnt really have many modification laws, as long as it passed smog and was registered you were good. Now that im in cali i hear about underhood checks, ands other bs laws. So i guess my question would be what can i get away with out here when it comes to car modifications

I live in your area and drive around with swapped and heavily modified cars on the daily. Drive normal, keep the aggressive stuff for the track. IE is ricer heaven and street racers get crushed in this town. Ive got over 20k into my car and drive around without a care tho.
