I searched for places to get replacement carpet from, ie, jcwhitney, and autostyle. Sadly those dont come with the holes cut out for the seatbelts and stuff. Does anyone know of a place to get replacement carpet with the holes already there?

try the dealership...is your carpet in bad shape? I thought mine was but after a good steam cleaning with the seats out it was good as new.
maybe you can cut the holes yourself

doh i wanted to try to stear clear of my stealership..er dealership. I was hoping there was a cheaper solution online. my only problem with cutting my own holes is I don't think it would look half as good as whats left of my stock carpet. (missing a huge area of carpet)
Just goto the junkyards im sure you will find one.

im trying to steer away from just getting a used carpet. If im going to spend money on the carpet, i want to get a new one, ya know?
Not sure if you have a s13 or not, but consider a 89-90 Carpet, they are much nicer then the 91+ plush crap. You can find one in mint condition just because of the material used...

yah ive got an s13 coupe 93... interesting find on the older style carpets. now that i think about it, my buddy with a 90 hatchback has really nice interior black carpet, and it IS quite different from mine. I'd still like to find a place to get a new carpet though. :mepoke:

Junk yard my friend... cant beat 10bucks for a 89-90 carpet.. those things rock, soo old and still in soo good condition.. Just a pain to remove the carpet under the dash, You will more then likely cut it down the middle where its under the radio din. No biggy tho.

When I replaced my carpet, I too could not find new carpets with the holes already cut. In the end, it was not really that hard to cut your own holes.
yeah, either that or check out one of those wholesale online dealership stores...

The '89-90s were a firm loop, not the cut pile or plushy stuff that's in the newer ones. It's generally much more durable, looks damn fine too. There are a few places online that sell pre-formed carpets, set you back about $100. . . . couldn't tell you any exact sites offhand.

one last question turbozx, whats the carpet look like? like, is it like the 89-90, thick heavy duty, or is like the new stuff, and look less rugged?

It is the newer stuff, but I think it will hold up ok. My Z32 has the original carpeting that is the same as the newer 240's and it has held up just fine and it is over 13 years old now.
