Hi guys.

Kind of new to the Drag scene, and was looking for some pointers.
Saw some low nine S14's on youtube, like TRC's 240sx.
I have a 700hp SR20DET engine for it - but have to get the power to the fround.

I was curious about the suspension and tires/wheel combo i would need.

Also, do you guys thing the S14 VLSD and 5stud Axles will handle low 10 sec quarters ?

I have a EUDM S14, so it has the VLSD and 5 stud hubs.

What do you guys do for reinforced Axles ? Is there something thats worthwhile from the 300zx or RB's ?

Is there someone making stronger axles ?

Thanks,
Dany.

Check this thread out dude, there's a lot of good info in there. You already have the engine built so I'm guessing you're not another idiot.

Upgraded axles and diff are a must if you have that amount of power. Hks drag coils or stock strut/spring combo in the rear is your best bet as well. I also suggest a slick, over a radial as they have harder sidewalls than slicks and don't allow flex which can induce wheel hop. As we all know wheel hop breaks things...
