I searched before posting. No info that was detailed enough.

My 92 s13 has a clicking relay when switched to on. The car starts and runs but whenever this relay clicks it pulls a ton of power from my battery and surges my idle. It's the lowest black relay, so second from the bottom. It feels a little warm too. My sun roof and stereo aren't coming on either. Does that have anything to do with it? I rewired the entire chassis harness when I reinstalled everything into the car, and I'm pretty sure I connected all the grounds but I may have missed one.. Any ideas?

What circuit is this relay to?

It's the second relay from the bottom, the black circular guy that's clicking - and loud too.

Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but my dome light fuse blows no matter what position my ignition is in as soon as I put a fuse in, and it's a big spark / pop.

Clicking relay meant it's working.. You probably have short, not connected correctly, or wire touching causing electrical issuse somewhere.
