Help me I just wanna drive!

Okay so Ill start my car in the morning, itll try to die and kill it self if i rev it. So ill be mad at it and walk inside..go outside at around like 3pm, and boom starts up and runs perfect..I dont understand? Then Ill go to drive it later on and there ya go. runs like shit again. what do you guys think?

S13 SR in dohc chassis automatic chassis if that matters

things i have changed/checked

plugs(and gaped to 30)
cas
ecu
fuel pump
injectors and orings
installed a fp guage as well to monitor
coil pack harness
maf
tps
cts
iacv
knock sensor
boost leak test nothin.

I have no idea what this is, but its very inconvenient when it happens. Keeps happening every few days.

you may have a faulty MAF
I see you listed it up there

look up the specs.
get a multimeter and see what the ohms are

do you have sketchy wiring to the fuel pump? like a fuel cut off or anything?

sounds like the maf. could be a poor conection with the harness since you said it works sometimes. unplug it and see is it runs like jr_ss said, and get the specs measure it out to double check it

Have you checked all of your grounds? Check your alternator and make sure it's putting out the proper voltage. Load test your battery and make sure its holding a good charge. Check your battery termianls and make sure they are making a good connection. Bad battery connection can cause it to run bad sometimes and normal others.
