I'm planning on making an exhaust manifold but cant seem to find the dimensions for the flange comming from the block. If there is anyone who has a cad file or just the dimensions it would be great if they could send them to me.

i'll be sure to post pics once i'm done.

buy a flange as it would be cheaper but if you insist on making a CAD for it just use a gasket as your templet

Ya man, flanges go for sale alot cheaper than it would take you to make one. I think I bought mine out of stainless for $60 from a local shop a year ago.

i realize that its cheaper to buy one but it's an applied project for school just thought someone would be willing to give me the dimensions i'll be recreating it in a CAD file and then i'll be milling it via CNC so very little cost for me to do this. :D

then go with what i said earlier go get a gasket and then you have your layout and then just make it 3/8-1/2" THICK
what software are you using mastercam or gibbs etc?

Its a long story but for now i'm not able to order any parts the only way i guess is to just take my manifold off and measure it myself, i know there are ways around this but i'm in school as i said and have very little time.

thanks for the advice everyone

I'll be using solidworks for the designing aspects then i'll be importing it into mastercam. The plan is to make the tubing equal distance, once i'm done the design i'll supply pictures and offer the specs<<<(possible fee). (this would include everything from the cut and bend list for the tubing aswell i could supply the cnc code for the flange if you don't want to purchase one)

I have 3 yrs experience with solidworks (3D programming) so if anyone needs some drawings and or 3D models of almost anything i'm willing to look into it.
