I am always interested in ka24e questions as I may not do a motor swap for some time and wana see what cool things I can do to the E, so I am also very interested in this. :)
(i know, my post wasnt helpful, but just wanted to say that haha)

i would say if your going to upgrade the throttle body you would want to upgrade the intake manifold also.
here's a link that would allow you to run a q45 throttle body (90mm i believe)
O&J Performance :: KA24E/DE Parts :: KA24E :: Engine :: Intake Manifolds :: Gato Performance KA24E Intake Manifold (http://www.ojperformance.com/Online%20Store/product.php?productid=16651)
and heres another link that might help..
240sx throttle body upgrades.. : KA24E / KA24DE Forum (http://forums.nicoclub.com/240sx-throttle-body-upgrades-t60757.html)
i found these within 5 mins of searching "ka24e throttle body upgrade" so next time please research.

Please consider what a throttle body is used for and how it works. There is no need to "upgrade it". In fact a bigger one is a downgrade, unless you have massively more HP to get through it.
Its job is to throttle, i.e when it is open at 50%, you get only 50% of the air flow your engine could suck in. Put a bigger throttle body and then you have 100% of your engine airflow when the throttle is opened at only 60% (arbitrary figure). Meaning pressing the acccelerator from 60 to 100% is just the same.
A bigger throttle body just makes you lose accelerator resolution, unless you are really limited by its size. Which would not happen until you generate a hell lot more power (by turboing it with something bigger than a T25 or a T28) .

if your not doing large numbers then why change it? if you want to improve air flow port the head and gasket port match the intake

Well I wanna get an intake Mani and isn't the Tb supposed to match the size of the intake Mani?

If you are doing this for the bling effect, then go on, change your intake mani and put a big 90mm throttle body on it.
If you want power ... get an engine that has been made for power. In the end it costs less and is more reliable.
If you really want to stick to your engine, then slap a turbo on it (and blow it - or spend massive amounts of $$$ on forgies and supporting mods)

for what? to look cool? do yourself a favor and chrome dip or polish the OEM intake if you just want to throw money away on intakes...... youd be spending the money on a intake and a TB with a motor that has absolutely no gain for those two "upgraded items". use that money towards some thing use full that would require you to need a TB
