XS Engineering Power I/C FMIC Greddy type rs bov s13

I have a XS Engineering Power I/C fmic with Greddy type RS bov (recirculation adapter installed, can include vent to atmosphere adapter) this fits an s13 sr20det. The dimensions of the intercooler are 24.75" x 10.75" x 3", the intercooler is good for 500hp. This is not a cheap ebay imitation xs power/xs turbo intercooler. My asking price is $450 or best offer, I would prefer not to ship but I may for the right price. I'm located in Petaluma Ca and can meet anywhere in the bay area. Thanks.
