Well if you look at the bid history....

It seems like the seller just made some account to mark up the price (original price is 9.00) and he is located in Japan so he might not have that good of an idea of the yen to dollar conversion.

Here is the funny thing, I won my lights from this seller about a month ago. It came out to $106 shipped for both headlights with the bulbs and uncut harnesses. I think that the bidder really screwed up because the seller is a good guy and would not jack up the price that high...
