For the fronts or rears? I too would be interested in something like this as both my front and rear plates are being held up by zip ties. And would look much cleaner if I was using brackets instead.

for the fronts. i am currently using zipties also to avoid getting a ticket, but looks tacky. The ones im talking bout go on the oem jdm bumpers and you can put your us plates without redrilling etc and there tilt up brackets aswell
