Im selling my rebuilt z32 aluminum calipers. Every thing has been replaced with new boots and o-rings. i miked them and made sure everything was in speck and no warping. the only thing that is different is that one of the calipers has a different bolt on them. the reason is that i lost the one bolt but replaced it with a 10.9 grade bolt, now it wont effect the caliper at all but it will be stronger than the other bolts that are on there now. the calipers come with pads( that are at 10mm of life left which is still alot) , pins and retainers. im asking $200 for both. theres nothing wrong with them and i made sure everything works and are in spec. plus i used oem rebuild parts

you buddy are a failure, if you are a "Nissan" mechanic, you should know NISSAN state to NOT separate the halves....

He's not talking shit, he's looking out for his fellow Zilvians who may be unaware that Nissan specifically says in the FSM not to remove the caliper bolts, thus there are no torque specs for them. It becomes a safety hazard when you mess around with these bolts if you don't know exactly what you are doing. Judging by your grammar and sentence structure, you have no clue.

no but taking the rest of my tests in oct. i have 3 other master mech look at theses and have all gave me the green light

by looking at old fsm's and current all data specs, they have been put to 65ftlbs each bolt and have loc tight on all bolts

Yes it does say that on alldata, but ill try and find the oem service manual again, the only reason i took it apart beacouse there was two rubber o-rings on each sides that needed to be replaced. The main reason i rebuilt these cuz the boots were tearing. Butl ill try and find the manual at the dealer

i took mine apart....w/ no problems torqued them down, replaced all o rings and painted them.... if your worried about leaks or pressure loss, submerge them in water and blow compressed are thru the check valve if you see bubbles the matting surfaces arent flat up against each other.. problems occur when the bolts are loosend up out of sequence which causes twisting...

Lol Thats what i did on these brakes and had no problems, i did the same thing awhile back on a customers brakes too. Its a good way for pressure testing

take a photo with your cell phone of the computer screen/book/etc you got the torque specs from. and/or take a photo with your master technician/whatever holding up the calipers and a sign that says "these calipers were rebuilt within standards" or similar
