98 is the preface lift sorta say it came with this, 99-01 have the big fogs clean regardless

no i only have the wrx wheels it has unfortunately head gasket hasnt been done yet if you read the post i put it on there

Not likely, the headgaskets will not last after 120k at the most. I'm sure the previous owner had them changed. It will eventually need them in a couple years/35k miles.
