Usually people use a hosting site such as www.imagestation.com and they upload their pictures. Then you can simply link them using the image button on the advanced reply editor, or using the follow code structure - Tag and putting the pictures addresss after [IMG] and then use a close tag after the picture. Pretty simple, hopefully I didn't make it sound too hard.
