I gotta say man, that is a sweet spec. I used to have a pretty mean b15. Looks ALOT like yours. It was pretty built...230whp, SQR Hybrid motor build.
I have a dyno sheet around here somewhere...

Nah man, its pretty secretive. We have a club....an SQR club....pretty much exclusive. To get in, you have to figure it out your self. I, myself, had a SQR years before that Travis guy made one. He actually broke into my house and stole the blueprints for the motor.
Currently, the best tips I can give you are on fender rolling. Most people use those pussy ass rollers that connect to the hub...thats some bitch shit. What we do is take a crow bar, wedge it between the tire and the fender well and start prying. Work your way from left to right, one inch at a time, and PRY THOSE FUCKING FENDERS OUT. You might experience a few uneven looking bends...ignore them. Thats how you get hella flush.
