I'm kind of confused on what you're looking for S14 rotors all around are not the same as Z32 rotors all around.
I've never heard of Autozone/Pepboys NOT having rotors laying around. Possibly try my side of the Valley (Northridge/Woodland Hills)
If there are absolutely no rotors anywhere, you can purchase/pick up S14 front and rear rotors from FRsport (not local but they definitely have them in stock).

For sure, if you want to retain stock calipers, you will need S14 rotors. Shouldn't be too hard to find. Also, Try NAPA and O'Reilys.
