Is anyone else experiencing this? i have been trying to use paypal to send money since friday and it says this "Unfortunately, the funding source within your PayPal account was declined" I checked with my bank today and they said everything with my bank account/card was good.
I searched the problem and found others with the same issue since Aug 14.
If anyone has had this problem and found away around it please let me know.
