I have a s13 with a KA24DE engine, and I wants more power. Over here in Norway, this is one of 4 240's so I dont know much about these engines. My question is, should i swap it with a SR20, CA18 or a RB25 or should I go for a KA24DE-T build? This is going to be my 2nd. daily summer car, but also a car for track days. I wants to get into drifting by the way ;) So which engine fit my needs?

I also want 5 lug, so what brakes should I choose? I have heard 300zx brakes is the best way to do it?

You should probably do some research and figure out what engine would fit your needs best Get your flame suit ready too, you're about to get flamed all to hell and back...

A KA-T build or SR swap will be the easiest and most cost effective. The RB25 will be the most expensive, and the most work, but will have the most power potential. Forget the CA18 unless you're reeeaalllyyy feeling nostalgic. You can drift on a stock KA, so that being said, any motor you choose will work for drifting. Do your own research! You might actually learn something.

How about what ever fucking engine swap you can get out there? I doubt its that easy to get ahold of a JDM engine in your neck of the woods.

If there are only 4 240's there don't bother messing with the ka. Parts will be too hard to get. Which motor is the most readily available there?

Parts for ka's are cheaper and more abundant, Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe ka's have a little more torque than sr's. And you might as well build a ka-t because you already have the motor just find a turbo kit and your good, brake wise I would go with 300zx brakes best bang for your bucks unless you swoop on a good as deal
